Wow that is really sad. I see Mustang calenders all over the place. Are they doing it illegally, or do they have Ford's permission? Seems a bit excessive by Ford. I could see it if someone was trying to say they were associated with Ford, but for a car club calendar that is nuts.
I just read about this yesterday. They have since worked it out and Ford is letting them print them. Ford was just wanting to protect their logos/trademarks. They were never sent a cease and dissist order.
I understand the purpose behind what Ford was trying to do, but to put a trademark on all images of the Mustang seems a bit over zealous. Just my opinion. I know they probably wouldn't do anything unless it infringed upon them directly, still a funny thing to do though.
