Opening the invitation for anyone who would like to go and give it a try. It is $95 (which is really cheap for this) plus $30 for first timers and they put an instructor in your car (which is priceless). If someone would like to go and just watch/ridealong, I can take one person in the passenger seat but you'll need a helmet. PM me if you are interested in either proposition. I will leave about 6am to be there by 8am for the 9am drivers meeting.

I would love to go but I am pwned by family obligations (again) lol. 2 soccer games and pics and my wife has a PC show or I would be all over this. Somebody needs to step up and at the very least, ride along with Shannon. Hallett is a blast and once you do it, you will be hooked.

No, just need the right gear. They run at Texas World Speedway, and use a good part of the oval. The class my buddy runs will top out at about 120-125 at TWS. I don't think he has run at Eagles Canyon yet. Will be interesting to see.

They will be at Hallet in June or July if you want to ride up there with me.
