i think what i need is a 94-98 mustang parts car. im going to need a driver's front fender, driver's door w/mirror, rear bumper cover and gas door assembly. i checked a couple of different salvage yards and for the door alone they are wanting $300-$500

You might try Cari's Triple C salvage. They are on Eastern between SW 44th and Grand (36th). Good luck!

You should really check around for a salvage car with a blown motor. You could probably pick one up for around $800-1000 and could use the parts you needed and sell the rest.

thats what im looking for but i'll check a couple more yards to see if anyone can get me a better price. i dont see the sense in buying a door and fender for the price of a whole car. between me and the brat im sure we could use a mess of the parts. keep your eyes and ears open for me, would ya?

i'll have everything but the driver's front fender after this weekend. oh, im also getting the 98 4.6 2V motor/ECU and the cat back off the car im going to store the motor untill im ready to build it and the cat back will go on the brat's GT... shes running dumps and doesnt like it being so loud in the car

So did you end up buying the parts off the 98 GT being parted on DH?

sorta, i pitched in with a couple of guys on Deadhorse and we bought the whole car all the other guys really want is the rear axle and interior. im gonna snatch the motor since it still runs

Robert, two good places to check is Wilson's Ford Salvage on S. Sheilds and American Firebird/Camaro Parts on NW 39th. I've bought from both places before.
