Hi. Well, we are almost finished with my son's car. He will be 16 July 6. I must say, his dad has done a wonderful job on it. It has turned out a million times nicer than I thought, which brings me to my point. He is scared to drive it to school in the fall. He wants a POS (piece of ) car for around $500. He doesn't care what it is or what it looks like, decent gas mileage. Just thought I would see if any one has seen anything. Can't wait to get his baby in a show!!!

Bring it out the the Cooper show in Yukon tomorrow.

We were there, car wasn't! The interior is still out. But we are hurrying to get it done so we can bring it. There were alot of beautiful cars there.

You sound like a family that is car savvy. Thus Impound auctions may well fit your pocket book as well as your machanical skill level.

As long as you tend to stay away from the two doored cars and pickups you may just be able to find an egg beater that no one will ever want to park next too. yet still find dependable.
